Welcome to Trove Lounge Pty Ltd ABN [78 680 347 040] (“Trove Lounge”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at www.trovelounge.com.au, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease using our Services immediately.
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Australian law.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for an account and to maintain and promptly update your information, including email and phone number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are liable for all activities under your account.
We offer weekly and one-time memberships, each providing different token allocations, access to promotions, and partner discounts.
All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Weekly memberships auto-renew unless cancelled in advance. You authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable membership fee.
Membership prices are subject to change. Members will receive reasonable notice of any pricing adjustments.
Tokens are allocated to members based on their membership tier and may be used to enter capped promotions or access partner discounts.
Weekly tokens expire at the end of each billing cycle.
One-time membership tokens expire as specified at the time of purchase.
Expired tokens are non-refundable and non-reinstatable.
Tokens have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged outside Trove Lounge.
Each promotion has a token cap and countdown timer. Once the cap is reached or the timer expires, the item moves to the “Soon to Be Drawn” section and will be drawn within 24 hours (8pm Eastern Standard time)
Once tokens are entered into a promotion, they are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn or reallocated for any reason, including change of mind, technical issues, or dissatisfaction with the outcome.
Winners are selected using a secure Random Number Generator (RNG) built Inhouse Government Approved, to ensure fairness. Draws may be viewed live via the platform.
Trove Lounge reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any advertised prize with another of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable, undeliverable, or affected by unforeseen circumstances. Substituted prizes may vary in brand or model but will retain comparable value.
No cash alternatives will be provided unless stated otherwise.
Winners will ONLY be notified via email or phone using the contact details provided at registration.
It is your responsibility to ensure your email and phone number are accurate and functional.
Trove Lounge is not responsible for missed notifications due to incorrect contact details or technical issues.
Winners must respond within 7 calendar days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture.
Delivery times vary by prize and location. Trove Lounge is not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping providers or third-party services.
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes or government charges associated with receiving prizes, in accordance with Australian tax law.
Available exclusively to weekly members.
One or more winners per tier are selected daily using RNG to receive bonus tokens.
Bonus tokens are automatically credited and subject to expiry per Section 4.2.
Winner names are displayed for 7 days only.
Access to the Partner Discount Database is available to active members and may vary by membership tier.
Trove Lounge is not responsible for the discounts our partners offer. All discounts, offers, and promotions are provided solely at the discretion of our partners and are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice.
Trove Lounge does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of any third-party offers and assumes no responsibility for interactions between users and partners.
Users should review the terms and policies of partners before engaging with any third-party offer.
We strive for uninterrupted service but may suspend access for maintenance or technical reasons.
Trove Lounge is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or third-party failures.
You must not:
Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
Interfere with security or functionality.
Exploit bugs or automated tools.
Misrepresent your identity.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
By registering, you consent to receive email and SMS communications from Trove Lounge. You may opt out at any time, but this may limit access to some services.
All content, trademarks, and software on the platform are the property of Trove Lounge or its licensors. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
Trove Lounge complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
We collect, store, and use your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We may link to external websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Trove Lounge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data, profits, or service interruptions.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the resupply of services or the cost thereof, under Australian Consumer Law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trove Lounge, its employees, and affiliates against any claims or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts. Parties must first seek to resolve disputes informally.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to www.trovelounge.com.au. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and Trove Lounge.
